Tis The Season

Of course, Some People don’t know to leave well enough alone, and we at the Road to the Middle Class have this week, I am afraid, put out a modest effort in this direction:

That is bad enough, but now John Derbyshire has gone and fractured several carols and Christmas songs, as in:

Jingle Mel, Jingle Mel, Jingle Mel rock,
Jingle Mel drink and Jingle Mel drive.
Cops pulled him over and asked him to breathe —
That made Jingle Mel start to seethe.

Well you know the rest of the story. Then there’s “Rudy the Red-State Nightmare, ” and the incomparable “Bimbo Wonderland.”

Bimbos sing, are you listening,
See the lip gloss is glistening.
Their talents are slight,
They’re out clubbing every night,
Living in a bimbo wonderland.

How does he do it? Talent, I suppose. Talent and hard work.

Funny stuff. A lot of humorous postings today that are much appreciated. Though not as funny as the peace/power party thing (oh please), this is still good stuff. May the yucks keep coming.
